Frog Offering -- ceramic, glaze, wax, bricks, steel welded plate made by artist Fred Thompson
Frog Offering is a work inspired by 17th-century Italian Renaissance gardens, spaces of experimentation featuring garden automata and artificial grottos. I envision these frogs in this enchanted scene, wax builds up and drips causing the candles to gently rock throughout the show.
